TROPARION OF SAINT JAMES,

O holy JAMES, as a disciple of the Lord, you received the Gospel; as a martyr, you displaved an steadfast will;

as a brother of the Lord, you have boldness towards him: as a Hierarch, you have the right of intercession.

Intercede, therefore, with Christ God that he may save our souls.

‏أيها القديس يعقوب بما إنك تلميذ الرب قبلت الإنجيل، وبما إنك شهيد أظهرت عزمنا لا ينثني

‏وبما إنك أخ للرب لك الدالة لديه وبما إنك رئيس الكهنة لك حق الشفاعة

 فاشفع إلى المسيح الإله في خلاص نفوسنا
